Saied Sadrzadeh (General Manager)

Saied began his career with BMW 25 years ago as a Technician while attending San Jose State's Engineering program. He progressed to Shop Foreman and eventually to Service Manager and Service Director. He has had the opportunity to manage several local BMW dealerships including Allison BMW, Claridge's BMW, and BMW of San Francisco. He has been recognized by BMW with vast awards of achievements. Also, he has received extensive training from BMW of North America in both technical and administrative domains. Saied has developed a pinnacle of excellence in management, customer relations, and technical skills.

 

 



Nelson Ramiscal (Production Manager)
 

Nelson has been dedicated to BMW service and repair for over 26 years. He began his career with BMW at Knapp Motor sport, an independent BMW facility. He further developed his technical expertise as a Master Technician at Claridge's BMW and Allison BMW. Shortly thereafter he progressed to Lead Technician at Peter Pan BMW. Nelson has been recognized by BMW of North America with many awards of achievement for his ability to provide efficient yet high quality service and repair. His practical experience combined with extensive BMW training has lead Nelson to receive infinite accomplishments in technical excellence.

 

 



Brian Reager (Service Advisor)
 

Brian brings to the team an extensive customer service background and a dedication to the automotive industry. With 7 years of customer service experience including time as a trainer and supervisor in the e-commerce industry, he pursued his lifelong interest in the automotive field. A graduate of Sequoia Institutes automotive technology program, Brian earned the presidents award for excellence. Having spent time as a service advisor at a BMW dealership as well as 6 years with German Motor Specialist he has acquired an excellent knowledge of the field and provides top-notch service to our customers.

 

 



Paul Pizano (Service Advisor)
 

Paul’s passion for cars lead him to start a career with General Motors as a technician at a very young age. He further developed his technical expertise by attending De Anza Collage automotive technology program. Paul began his BMW career 25 years ago as a service advisor with Allison BMW. He has had extensive BMW Service training by BMW of North America. Before Joining German Motor Specialist, Paul has had the opportunity to work for dealers such as Claridge's Mercedes Benz, Allison BMW, Peter Pan BMW and most recently Stanford European and Lamborghini as a service and parts director in Palo Alto. His 30 plus years of automotive experience combined with extensive BMW training has lead Paul to receive infinite accomplishments in technical and administrative excellence.
